Hi Brian,

Yes, the country has split (again :), and we're now just "Serbia", and new
locales have been submitted and accepted inside GNU libc. However, I still
haven't got the time to update GDM and other pieces of infrastructure.

If you can help with this, it'd be hugely appreciated.
