This concrete problem is upstream problem (see bug
http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2388).  For Serbian, it's fixed
in Denis Barbier's belocs and in new sr_RS locales waiting to be committed:

For the record, nobody could notice this earlier because Gtk+ switched to using
locale data only recently, and "cal" has never used locale data AFAIK (I heard
it has that part of code commented out, but can't remember where did I hear
that :).
